I started by letting the Ai dream up a bunch of plant monsters until I found one I liked and then added the girl from there. I haven't had much luck with inpainting in Stable Diffusion on the Mac, though the new Photoshop AI tools have been pretty good at that... in certain cases. 8)

I used the Dreamshaper model in Stable Diffusion to create a bunch of random plant monsters until I got one I could work with, and then I painted the girl and tentacles over that. I also used a Dreamshaper render to model the lighting for the girl's skin, and I was pretty happy with the result.
