So I signed up for a Patreon account and signed up for the one where you get access to the live chat. Nowhere during sign up do they tell you that it's a first come first serve thing. I kept trying to sign on, someone actually signed off at one point to try and give me a chance to be in the chat and nothing. It's really disappointing because at sign up there's nothing saying you might not get on. I was so excited to get on and be in the live chat. If I'd known ahead of time I wouldn't be upset. Maybe clarify it for future donors? I love your show and was so excited to share my enthusiasm.

It's also really inconvenient when you ninja announce a time and I already have plans between 8-9. This is two months in a row that I can't join. Last month you guys wanted to talk to me about something. If you want to chat, hit me up. If not, I'll try again next month.
