Did anyone else die laughing that these snooty foodies went crazy for fried chicken & biscuits? These "cultural" foods all come from poverty, for the most part. I should sell them bowls of cou cou (not cous cous!), which is a Bajan staple of corn meal & boiled okra, that explodes in the water and turns to this snot consistency, w tomatoes, onion, & black pepper gravy.
