Karen's tag line next season needs to be, "I'm ready for my close-up, Mr. DeMille.". Can a lady get an advance on her salary & throw some money at an As Seen On TV product? I think Karen has earned it. I just know this: my tender heart cannot take another Housewife in jail or without hot water. For every Kandi Burgess there is a bag of brown ice melting somewhere. Let's take care of our assets, Bravo.

Her mom may not be addicted to a substance right now but an addiction is an addiction and boundaries MUST be upheld or the disease will drag your ass down w the ship. Family members of people suffering through addictions become unintended, secondary victims. Maybe Ashley can allow her mom and ONLY her mom to move in & pay rent. Anything to keep her mom off of the street. I know this, it is GUT wrenching and hurts terribly to say no to the people you love in favor of just being responsible.

I've tried w Potomac but this show is one big TRIGGER (and I hate that word & ppl who use it) for me! Between their 'who's Blacker' mobbing at the end of season 1, that weird fucking party in Karen's rental estate last year, & now Giselle & Robin talking about their degrees, I AM THROUGH!!!! I mean, I say that with every Bravo show I watch but I always go back...Ashley's mom is my mother if she were alive. Kids take on the parental roles in the face of rudderless chaos. Ashley, girl, I'm rooting for you & hope you have a time in your life when you are free to truly be responsible & answerable for ONLY yourself! As for me, I can only hope to one day ween myself off of the 'Housewives' and use, maybe, a 'Below Deck' or 'Apres Ski' as my methadon-esque substitute... Vaya con Dios, ME!
