I'm thinking of starting it in August and hoping that, by the time I'm finished the 30 day cleanse, I will no longer be (quite literally) full of shit. But if my tum tum gets fucked & I end up with doodoo water running down my leg in therapy, I will let you two know. I mean, you got no skin in this game! HA!!!! Great episode! Love you guys!!!!

You got no skin in this game!" is my new credo! That line is every grumps silent understanding w the rest of the world! It is our covenant w others in every relationship we find ourselves in. Whether on line at Walgreens or on the phone with a loved one, our 'skin' is always in play, invested by our breathless longings & expectations. THIS is our battlecry! THIS is what keeps our wounds festered! THIS is what life & it's unfulfillments has seared into our broken hearts! As one of the embittered, I TRULY am going to try and work that phrase into as many conversations as possible, in honor of the angry Dorinda within us all!
