I don't remember if it was Ben or Ronnie who made the great point about the work environment that was created by the other deck crew being not great but I believe it's fostered this aggressive behavior in Rhylee. She's been put on defense all season even though she's been a consistently hard worker and eager to learn & gain more responsibility. I'd be frustrated as well if I were her.

2019-01-10 04:24:16 +0000 UTCMILLENIAL WOMEN! DO NOT CRY IN THE WORKPLACE! Especially when dealing with seemingly unfair circumstances bordering on sexism such as what Rhylee has had to deal with! Go in the bathroom & let it out but don't give in to that unfair expectation that women are emotionally compromised that has been placed on us for years! My mentor, a first wave feminist, gave me that advice when I was 20 and now I, a second wave feminist, am saying the same. It sucks. It's unfair. It's unjust. We shouldn't be judged for our humanity but it is what it is. I burst into tears ONCE in 2000 in front of a NIGHTMARE of a boss (who was terribly misogynistic & was also a woman) and have kicked myself in the ass for it ever since. Unfortunately and unfairly, we don't have the privilege YET to show ourselves in such a manner.
