I called the number on the venue website and after holds and a callback, it seems there is a separate VIP ticket, and ETix does not know when the venue is going to release them for sale... they advised me to fill out a customer support form so they can get the venue to address it. They also told me NOT to buy a gen admission ticket because they are non-refundable or exchangeable so i'm going to cross my fingers and wait...
