debra the dog reminded me that when i was younger i named my cat fred, and my parents also had a friend named fred, and one day my parents were off handedly talking in front of a group of people who knew fred (the human) about the fact that fred (the cat) had a problem with unexpectedly peeing when he got scared by something, so they thought human fred had a severe bladder issue for a LOOONG time
