Katie not telling Lexi straight up hey you left the cleaning products in the guest room just annoyed me so much. At this point I’m not so sorry for her, she is not direct and is afraid of giving constructing feedback. How did she get to be a manager is a bit odd, surely she was in situations before where she had to correct someone. Sending Lexi to check for towels when the issue is her leaving the cleaning stuff in the room and then not mentioning it again in her one on one is just so bizarre to me
