Ball Jar Collab SENT me. I have been making pickled onions and carrots for my lunches. So I am very familiar with the mason jar’s x Ball. I’m Chicana, so stouffer’s lasagna is good for me. The only pasta I ate growing up was Kraft Mac n cheese and spaghetti. So the lasagna I have made as an adult is always good 😂

I make a lasagna that has a red sauce AND a béchamel sauce. But what I call the stuffing is a ricotta custard with eggs and Parmesan. Sometimes I add mushrooms or eggplant or chicken etc - it’s from Field of Greens Cookbook 1983 and worth all the time.

have you guys made smashed potatoes before? this is my fav recipe https://www.recipetineats.com/crispy-smashed-potatoes/ but use rosemary as the herb and add it on top with like 10 mins left to cook so it doesn’t burn. it’s top notch

Made pasta from scratch a couple of times - it is delicious but it is labor intensive, even with the pasta attachment to my mixer. It also requires a lot of counter space, which I do not have. I think I will take some cooking classes where there is space to do it. :)
