I just finished listening to this bonus episode for the first time. It's interesting listening to Ben and Ronnie's first impressions since we know the girls now. Ronnie, you said looking at Erin's insta that her husband Abe looked really hot in older pics and you wanted to fuck him. It gave me a good laugh, especially after you went off in the last recap about him being a nark. Haha You also said Jessa was your favorite based on bios, which I think was a great call. Who would have known Pavit would also be a break out star! Ben said he thought Sai would be unsufferable, another great call imo. However, it made me sad listening to Ben mourn old RHONY. You can tell how much he loved it. It's definitely been nice having Lu and Sonja back on our screens, and I'm looking forward to the ultimate girl trip. Love to you both!

2022-10-25 19:38:58 +0000 UTCHonestly, and this is not because of the individual women, but I have zero interest in RHONY with influencers and fashion IT girls. Give me messy women in their 50s and 60s who need to go to therapy but instead get drunk and scream at each other. Each franchise has the thing that makes it unique, and for me it was always (aside from the hilarious hijinks and drama) the fact that it showcased the lives of older, single/divorced/widowed women who weren’t raising kids living their lives. That’s such a rare thing to see, even on Bravo, and in its own way it felt very transgressive. Women past 30 and 40 and discarded and ignored, especially if they’re not raising kids or in a relationship, but here we got to see the lives of a group of independent older women. I’m only 27, and trying to get over the turning 30 and “ticking clock” fear that society constantly shoves down our throats as women. RHONY was very special to a lot of us, and I think this is one of the primary reasons why.

I live in NYC, and I just had no desire to relive 2020 in 2021. Now I’ve had some distance since the worst of it and can watch Season 13 with a different perspective
