Morgana is a great choice for an evil magician type character. Hela is great from the Marvel movies. Emma Frost could also work if we want to include X-Men. Other options from comics include Dark Phoenix, Enchantress, Elektra and Catwoman. Harley Quinn as from the Suicide Squad movies would also be good, like someone mentioned. And perhaps Circe from Wonder Woman. Widowmaker or Sylvanas could work from Blizzards games. Then we have Xenia Onatopp from Goldeneye and the Terminatrix from Terminator 3. And finally The Baroness from GI Joe
