It shouldn't just say go to Whole Foods, it should give you options on where to go to return something Whole Foods, Amazon Locker, or UPS. The simplest way is just to go to UPS. You shouldn't have to print anything either, just take a pic of the code on your phone, or it should be an email and then they'll scan it from your phone. I've always done that and never had problems.

You can choose one, move forward and see the shipping options, then go back and choose another return option until it gives you what you want. It works for me on almost every item, only exception seems to be certain vendors.
