Thank you for articulating why Jessel's marriage is much more enviable than Sai's or Erin's. If you intend to spend the next 40 to 50 years with someone, you should not expect them to want to fuck you each and every day. Especially after birthing twins and going through IVF. Also it's gross to be this obsessed with one of your friend's sex life. Also also sex does not mean intimacy - there are many ways to feel intimate with someone without fucking, and there are many ways to fuck someone like they weren't even there. There's more intimacy in Jessel's joking about Pavet's food interests than in Erin and Abe (whose hair weirdly looks like a comb-over even if he does have quite a lot of hair) "let's fuck gay people, unicorns and clowns when we're fifty" talk.

She asked them to put her job in her bravo bio like they did with all of the other women, but bravo seems to be intentionally shaping this sugar baby narrative for her. Her career and education is probably the best out of all of the women. Besides Jenna, because she went to Parsons and her work in the fashion industry. But besides that Brynn is definitely the most successful and well educated, but bravo has manipulated her image to make it seem like she’s just an unemployed sugar baby wandering around in tweed and fur.

2023-10-03 02:11:25 +0000 UTCNow we know why Erin was so pissed at Brynn for flirting with her husband… It’s not about brynn. It’s about him and his skeevy ass... she doesn’t trust him. Sex is important, but what’s even more important is intimacy and I think the two are confused sometimes… Honestly, jessel’s relationship seems like the healthiest on the show. Her husband is being patient and loving while she’s working through becoming a mom to twins after grueling IVF treatments. Also, he doesn’t really seem to have a problem with no sex. He keeps being like “well we’re parents of two small kids who run us ragged”. I think they both have a really healthy approach to a normal and common issue in marriage

2023-10-03 01:38:53 +0000 UTCOne thing that's hitting me now with the Jessell verus Sai and Erin situation is that they keep dismissing her struggles and stories when they've been given so many opportunities to learn about Jessell's entire background. She comes from a South Asian family whose culture is different from Sai and Erin's. It may not be acceptable for her to be sharing much about her family, so maybe what she us sharing on an international stage is quite bold for her. She's tried to express many times how her culture has shaped her from not telling her mom about her years of fertility struggles to pressures to do certain things in life. Instead of listening and trying to be a "friend" they mock her lack of energy and libido for her husband and claim she doesn't "share enough." Offer to babysit so she and Pavit can go out! Plan a dinner for them! There's so much they could have done instead of making a storyline out of mocking her and revealing their husbands are gross. End rant (for now)
