[Early Access] I Found a Beat Up Power Mac 9600
Added 2023-03-04 05:01:37 +0000 UTCIt's #MARCHintosh! And I just found this sweet (slightly dingy) Power Macintosh 9600/300, the most beastly beige Power Mac ever released. I have a diabolical plan to upgrade the bejeezus out of it, but let's start by figuring out if it even works. And if it does, let's max it out with a ridiculous gig and a half of RAM 😂

I love the 9600. Since this machine is the last native system 7, curious if your flashed PCI SATA card will let you boot 7.6 on this bad boy. The sonnet card will actually let you do this, which is maybe the oldest SATA boot I've seen.
