One thing I will say about Gordon is that at least from my experience and what I know of, mental illness is especially stigmatized in the black community. Not to mention among men in particular. It is still that way and I am just now maybe within the last few years starting to see a slow change. So that could be part of the energy you were feeling Ronnie. It hits different in that group. Most would never ever admit it especially not publicly. Hopefully awareness continue to progress.
