1. Angel evolved VERY shortly before leaving home-- she hasn't been a Nidoqueen for very long!
2. As we've seen with Pox, evolving at a very young age can severely stunt your growth-- Mr. Rockjaw (who popped into my brain yesterday while I was driving and wouldn't leave) is smaller than most Nidorino despite being in his 80's!!
3. Mr. Rockjaw sounds exactly like Danny Devito.

Show us a bit more about the lore in your univer, this old-man sound nice and I fele a bit sad for him he needed to evolve so fast at a so young age >x< ! Well if he is a regular client he must realy enjoy Angel's company it's just so sweet
