Happy Halloween everyone! Penny's taking a stroll around town to show off her cute witch costume to y'all <3
I whipped this up in a couple of days and instead of early access I'll treat y'all to some wips so you can see the messy stages of my process. I can never pull off that "keyframes first" method that all the pros do and have to keep adjusting the secondary animation as I go. Must be my rustiness but I hope you guys like this li'l something!
