Dream Come True - Page 33 WIP *Update*

Now the page i dreaded and looked forward to the most in this batch of pages.
In the original script it just said that he noticed the heartbeat getting louder. I figured it would make a good visual of that by actually showing the heart in relation to the stomach, instead of just a soundeffect. But since i have never drawn, well, any organs ever, it would become a challenge. (I figured the first time i would have to do so, is if i ever include a realistic gore scene when drawing an action manga. Which of course won't happen any time soon.)
Other than getting dozen of reference images for that, it has been kinda fun.
