Preview: Rework of Floortiles

So, I've never been terribly pleased with the quality and organization of my floortiles. I have been playing around with some color options and got to a state, where I feel much more confident. It's gonna take a while to rework the old ones and of cource include a whole lot of new, but I thought I'd share anyways. I plan to release at least one texture pack in 2022.
My current ideas include (and are not limited to):
- carpet (plain, ornamental)
- wood (plain, fancy)
- stone (bricks, tiles, ornamental)
- metal (plain, grating, frames)
- misc (pipes, bones, junk)
- overlays (damage and cracks, dirt, moss, bloodsplatter)
Please feel free to propose additional ideas, I am still collecting.
As for natural terrain like dirt, grass, ice and so on, I'll eventually get there, when I finally enter the wilds with my assets. Really been focussing on artificial and inside stuff, huh?

Good point, never looked quite into the terrain section

2022-10-01 07:36:13 +0000 UTCIt would be great if you could also make your floors deployable as terrains in Dungeondraft. I believe it requires some height map data. The result is the ability to blend floors together in really realistic and interesting ways.
