Added 2021-07-24 20:58:09 +0000 UTCBeen thinking about cutting the connection between Honey and Luna as mother and daughter because it creates some story complications to the point that it bugs me, on top of the fact that Honey has an adoptive mother and doesn't even know who Luna is lmao
The only reason they're mother and daughter in the first place is cause I looked at them and thought 'oh lol what if Luna was Honey's mom, they're both blondes with curls', like they weren't actually designed to be, it was just a spur of the moment thing that I stuck to.
So then I tried to draw Luna as if I had designed her to be Honey's mom? Mostly just messing with her hair for fun and I do really like this but still not sure what I'm gonna do with their relationship. Idk. Any thoughts?

What if Honey and Luna are the last of their kind/race? That way they can still be linked together in some ways.

2021-07-31 16:02:59 +0000 UTCI always thought that was going to factor in Honey's story later on, that she uncovers the truth about her real mother, who would be revealed as Luna. Like you were hinting at a big reveal. I wouldn't mind if she was still her mother if that's what you were going for.
