Yui was a TRUE workaholic who ended up literally working herself to death. She was dedicated to helping her family get out of poverty but the world was just against her and even her family would say she was haunted by bad luck. She barely had time to do anything but work.
She claims she was resurrected by a God of Revelry and now she lives only for herself. When she was alive she barely had any friends or fun so now she spends her days partying and drinking and making as many friends as possible (and also fucking a whole lot).
Her undead body allows her to revel as much as she likes without it impacting her negatively, so she's an absolute party machine.
