Perhaps a POV-style picture? The "viewer" has just been knocked over by Lunarette (it's not her fault her bosoms obscure everything beneath them!) and she's leaning over the viewer asking if they are alright, inadvertently giving an eyeful of her massive cleavage. Possibly even a more serious wardrobe malfunction as one of her boobs slips out of her low-cut dress (which she seems to favor?). "Are you alright dear? Your face has gone all red!"
