Happy New Years 2020!

Norael and Gullin decide to celebrate while they're in town, with Nor explaining how it's done to Gull who's never familiar with any of these holidays.
They go drinking, A LOT, somehow end up taking off their clothes, and they go watch the fireworks on a hill near the town.
The fireworks startle Gullin but Nor reassures him they're not dangerous. She tells him you're "Supposed to make a promise for the next year or something."
Gull promises that he'll try shoes, for real this time, no weaseling out.
Nor has to think about her promise for a long time, she's already promised herself so many things, there's nothing new to add to the pile, but then she looks at Gull and thinks that she'd like to keep him safe, though what comes out of her mouth is "I'll try to eat carrots, I swear."
They laugh, drink some more, and share a night of cuddling.
