They tend to bicker. I'm pretty sure we've mentioned that Nor flirts as good as a schoolyard bully with a crush. Gull is very good at not putting up with any of her shit, and takes her on whenever, and they grow a little closer every time.
They do also connect with certain interests and opinions. They both feel like they don't fit into typical society, Gull being essentially an animal from a secluded village and Nor being a dragon. They feel shunned and find comfort in one another.
They also (obviously) like tossing each other around and being competitive.
Nor eventually becomes more open to romantic gestures, and Gull delivers them whenever he sees fit because why should he hold back when they love each other?
