On a more serious note we also discussed how Tay's farm land has magical properties cause there's a lot of dense magical energy gathered there. To put it simply; People's desires will manifest in some way in the plants that they grow, if they really put their heart and soul into it.
No one really knows the specifics of how and why but it's probably for the better. If others found out the land would be exploited to hell and back.
Tilly is maybe the only one fully aware and she wants to make use of the land, while at the same time keeping it a secret, mostly from other witch covens who would move in on her territory and most likely destroy the farm or at least occupy it, putting Tay in danger.
Tay is of the opinion the land is very fertile, and it's not strange given how her desires are simply to grow big vegetables and stuff, nothing crazy. It's when other characters start showing up and helping around the farm that weird things start to happen (see above).
