3 weeks into working out consistently again, ive decided to take some progress pics in my swimsuit so I can watch my beach bod transform, my goal is a 1 year streak but right now I’m just trying to take it 1 month at a time. I’ve been working out on and off a lot my whole life, and I’ve always eaten healthy for most of my life, But just because it’s healthy food doesn’t mean it’s enough food, last few months I’ve lost 10lbs due to not eating enough. I want to gain that back and get bigger legs and a more defined back. I have scoliosis and it’s been really messing with my body issues. I’ve been eating my bodyweight in protien in grams and about 3k calories a day and I’ve gained 1 pound since 3 weeks ago. (Note majority of my protien is mostly plant based and chicken, Once I hit 8 weeks of working out consistently I’m planning on doing a bulk for 6 months before going back to toning/matience. I need to gain 35lbs to reach my goal weight. I will update on here every once in a while
