For exml;
you have conversation w friend and she says ,,wow looked at this girl, this thing to say takes mindset as fuck,, and in your head is lil voice telling to your but ,,I do have this too why does she see that in others and not me?!,,
instead to just say simple ,,yes, she has!,,
Or our love once share with us about their ,,unhappy,, feelings and emotions and processes in together surrounding and our ego automatically says that it is our fault instead to see the point and their state without personalised it
Boss get nervous we think is bc of us
This thoughts that most ppl is not even aware of are happening so many times in one day eating our brain and energy. OUR EGO TENDS TO MAKE EVERY SINGLE THING ABOUT IT-SELF
If we pay attention to this we can see that taking things personally and over thinking them is just self-destructive habit. Habit that makes life so difficult.
;We are not able to listen, we are not able to connect, it feels constant ups and downs and not even second peace.
If we get lost in story of our mind about the situation we are in, In extreme ways can cause us to create toxic ways to deal with things that feels against our nature..
For those of u that are looking for peace I have some simple tips and techniques (focused on work with mind) I can share that works for me.
First of all is REALISATION that peaceful life is created from within by you.
Second step is DECISION FROM HEART that peace is what u want in your life
Third is BUILDING SELF-AWARENESS , u can start very easily by paying attention to your thoughts & emotions, noticing what your mind is saying and your body sensations.
Use a visualisation technique to look on your thoughts as on something that is happening outside of you rather that believing they define you.

Chose to make time for mindfulness practice, this will help so much!!!
If u find 5 min to sit in presence and just observe your thoughts without giving them your focus. Sometimes is easy sometimes difficult but helps to get in your centre and peace for sure!
!!5 minutes every day is life changing!!
Fourth is PRACTISE
Practice as much as possible to see your thoughts. No one succeeds in one day it takes patience devotion and forgiveness
SPOT THE MOMENT when this thoughts appears. U will recognise them for sure by time if u practice bc u will recognise them for their specific ,,flavour,, feeling or how they sound
MAKE A PAUSE after u notice that your thoughts are running wild and taking your focus. Use breath to come back yourself.
From observation you will be able to decide what is worth your energy
And from this place you decide if u wanna follow speak up or act
