Something for Redsilverartist Bday(May 25). Him along with his partner Runt was supposed to debut in Forbidden Frontiers.

He's a practitioner of okkan acupuncture. A form of treatment in okkan land where acupuncturist perform a series of needle pricking to relieve muscle stress and improve individual hulking capability. It can also be use in combat to attack pressure point causing temporally paralyze or disruption of opponent combat ability(think of Wuxia pressure point attack)

I've made some adjustment to his design originally provided by Redsilver. Namely, removing his horn(it was before the development of okkan lore) and simplify his costume to match with okkan culture.
