I have come to the conclusion that those who are Ethereal Tier members and respond to my giveaway entry posted two days before here on Patreon can participate in the giveaway. That way I will know who is an active member and I won't have to wait weeks for a response.
The next giveaway will be drawn on the first Monday in October, and due to the previous month's delay, I will be giving away 3 commissions instead of 2.
