September Reward #1 Westhoff

Where did it come from? That question is now no longer important as the big bear sheriff is now consumed with the desire to turn this new found thing to his advantage. Even now he's plotting to help spread this gift around. Of course the others won't be as in charge as he is...someone has to be the slave after all....
