Aprils Theme: Your Character(s) vs Tentacles/ Eldrich Horrors

Perhaps your character opened a chest of untold horrors, walked down the wrong hallway, or opened that "mystery' book that old man told you not to and now you've awoken tendrils that are now going to do whatever they want to you. Maybe drag you to some Eldrich horror realm, maybe just hold you in place, or maybe just play with your belly button.
