Swamp of Arousal: Trap Tiers and Arousal Rolls

So after inking page 1 Westhoff and I came up with how to do the arousal rolls but before we get to that I have to go over what perils the swamp has, so without further ado:

Tier 1

These are traps that are considered starters, i.e. start the story of the comic think of them as initial encounters in a role playing game. 

Bog: Throughout the swamp there are boggy areas, some just the size of a small puddle easily crossed, others are like large ponder encompassing whole areas of the swamp. All will make crossing and traversing hard for any traveler, but add in the fact that one gets aroused as one crosses and gets stuck and you got another problem. If a character climaxes in the bog they sink under. Escape is possible via not climaxing, climbing out via a vine, stick, use of local materials, or rescue by others.

Spider Web: The swamp is home to many spiders and in concentrated areas they have made webs that can ensnare the unwary. Like all things in the swamp the webbing gains strength based on your character's arousal. If you don't get aroused it's easily broken, however if you do get aroused help may only come from the aid of friends, travelers. Be warned staying trapped may lead to an encounter with the spider men.

Hypnosis Plant: A plant whose flower released a hypnotic pollen that will lead the character being under the influence of suggestion of anyone aware of the plant's power.

Quicksand: Found along side standing or flowing water which is common in the swamp, these sand bars can like the bog encompass a small or large area of the swamp. Like in nature it traps it's victims quickly, sinking to ankles and legs, however if you get aroused the sandy muck can engulf a victim quicker. Climaxing in the quicksand means sinking entirely. Rescue is possible by simply remembering you can float but this may mean more chances of climax and sinking. Many a victim climaxing multiple times before escape unless local resources, friends, or fellow travelers can give aid. 

Tangling Vines: Found throughout the swamp these seemingly innocent vines quickly trap the victim. Probing them in all their areas to make them aroused. Any character coming across these vines will loose their clothes. Escape is pretty easy unless you don't want to.

Swamp Gas: A cloud or mist will appear in low lying areas that makes the character super horny. They will find themselves wanting to give into their baser desires rather quickly. Rumor has it slavers bottle this to make useful sex slaves.


Tier Two

These are traps that usually will follow the tier one or ones characters will encounter deeper in the swamp.

Moss Bed: A bed of seemingly innocent moss but will entice the character to fuck it. Literary the character will have to crawl out of this one but not before the moss has taken it's fill of 'juices'.

Tar Pond: These are rarer than the bogs and quicksand patches and tend to be in the deeper areas of the swamp. Rumor has it there is one that is pond size. Escape from these are nearly impossible without outside help. Climaxing in these merely means you get trapped not sucked under. 

Giant Snake: These are not rare and can glide through any substance in the swamp minus the tar ponds, they enjoy coiling victims in their muscled coils and bringing them to climax, larger snakes may even partake of more than just the victims cum...

Escape Vines: These vines for whatever reason can be found near the bogs, quicksand pits, and event tar ponds, they help victims out but usually just send them to another trap along the way. What do they get out of it? No one knows.

Living Vines: Like escape vines and tangling vines these ones though trap the victim and force them to cum, feeding off the victims seed until they are exhausted or rescued.

Venus Fly Trap Plant: Many a curious traveler has gotten too close to the open fleshy part so this plant. The sap inside is not only slick and rather good feeling on the flesh but also traps the victim allowing the plant to envelope the victims. Once enclosed the plant merely takes what it needs.

Liquid Trapper Plant: A large pitcher plant that one wonders how anyone can get trapped in. Usually found in areas that a helpless traveller will just fall into. Once in the tube of the plant the victim will find themselves waist deep in sticky slick liquid that will hold them in place. As time goes one the plant will constrict around the victim forcing them into a vac like chamber where it feeds off the victims climax. Escape is possible by someone rescuing them.

Mud Cube: Move over gelatinous cube, this magical construct is a cube of mud that will trap it's victim holding them in place to whomever controls it.


So those are the two tiers I got some three tiers but I don't wish to go into them at the moment. Could there be more tier one and two traps in the swamp sure. After all few have ever escaped it.


Arousal Rolls: Here's how it will work. Your character will get trapped in one of the above traps and from there comes a roll of D 20. This initial roll that I make will be your character, ie this is the magic number to get your character's arousal going. Next series of rolls determine if your character gets aroused or doesn't. Example: I roll a 6 for Silvermane he's stuck in the spider web. Any roll less than 6 means Silvermane doesn't get aroused. Anything more than 6 and he gets aroused. A roll of 20 means Silvermane climaxes with the end results. If the character gets aroused three times or more in a row they climax. For this example if Silvermane rolls a 3,8,10, 13, 14  He'll climax twice. 8,10, 13 being successes, each success must beat the previous roll. 3, 8, 7 won't do it, Silvermane will be merely aroused. 3, 6, 7, 8, 12 will mean Silvermane achieved climax by getting three or more sucessess in a row while beating the base dice. 

Now if you roll a natural 20 at the start you are automatically climaxed with all the 'negatives' that implies. If you roll a 15 for your threshold in order to climax you'd need to roll 15 or higher three times in a row. This makes it possible to escape or be released from a trap without ever climaxing. Though mathematically this would be hard. Any question just ask.
