TOMORROW'S STORMS
Added 2018-11-29 16:49:19 +0000 UTCStorm Prediction Center currently issuing an enhanced risk for storms tomorrow in the OK-Arklatex. I'm purposely ignoring the set up specifics as I'm departing for Thailand tonight.
KING COBRAS?
I'll be traveling with a hardcore adventurer photographer / YouTuber named Jonathan Stewart and our objective is to find a wild king cobra (though I'd be happy with a monocled or spitting cobra). It's a long shot, but really, the cobra quest is a catalyst to other unknown adventure. The stage is set for an array of photography, video and adventure opportunities. Wild animals, secluded caves, temples, and coral reefs. Wild elephants, flying lizards, pythons and some of the best food on the planet. Tonight I'll be sleepless over Alaska looking out the airplane window for Auroras. 'Will keep you posted.
I'm hoping to do a live stream chat from some jungle lodge. We'll see how well the WiFi is. Also got some great thank you gifts lined up for you guys in December.

Well, the storms came and went over the ArkLaTex. I abandoned the house at midnight to seek out the storm shelter. Radar indicated a super cell ahead of a QLCS that was heading my way. The sir outside at midnight was still and super humid. The QLCS seemed to suck up the storms ahead of it as it progressed. I would have to guess we got some 50-60 mph straightline just before a pouring of rain. In the end, it just gave way to a super fresh morning. All is well! Good luck on your adventure.
