IF YOU NEED A PROFESSIONAL QUALITY PRINTER and live in America, I highly recommend mpix.com. They're good, fast and cheap. 16x24's cost $23.93. If that's more than you want to spend, you can shrink it down to an 12x18 for $13.32. They'll ship it to your doorstep in about a week. If that's more than you want to spend, some local printers will likely print an 11x17 for a few dollars.
This might make a good gift to some of your storm lovin' family or friends... Hook em up!
