STORMS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY?
It's now NOT looking very favorable for strong supercells Friday. Good chance I'll sit at home instead of driving to New Mexico. Saturday in the TX Hill Country looks a teeny bit better. Gonna look at the cards again tonight and decide what's the best play. Fold now, or hope the river turns out?

2018-04-24 16:00:35 +0000 UTCI've been fascinated by powerful weather all my life, and tornados probably are at the top of my list of most fascinating events. To watch one change, shift, and meld with the weather around it is almost mystical, and it's humbling, in a way. You almost imagine that it has a personality - and some actually do. Regardless, I love the crazy weather and I'm utterly infatuated with tornados. I've never been able to see one personally IRL, but the videos I've seen always make me feel like it's going to happen one day. Hank, ya gotta be careful out there, my man, and don't drive where your guardian spirit can't go. You have a connection with nature that makes most people look twice, but it's just part of who you are. Never lose that! Happy trails!
