I’m not chasing today... Nasty supercell near Jackson could be producing a tornado. That other cell near Gulfport also is worthy of extra attention.
When I started Patreon in 2018, my goal was to just keep being able to do what I’ve always done. My second goal was to be able to travel the world documenting other storms, Auroras, volcanoes and what not. I assumed this was asking too much, but you guys called my bluff. After all your support I went on to have my worse year since 2010 documenting tornadoes (best ever for lightning). So, it gives me a lot of joy I was able to deliver 20 tornadoes in 2019, plus storms in Arizona and Australia and Auroras over the arctic circle. Tomorrow I will be heading to Costa Rica to spend 5 days on a volcano. Not expecting an eruption, but I’m hoping to learn something about them and bring it back to you. Long story short, I will forever be grateful for all that you have enabled me to do. Thank you again and again for your generosity. I hope I can return a tiny fraction of the joy you have given me. Xoxo to you all (even you burly dudes).
