Today's Storm Chase - West TX
Added 2021-08-01 17:06:56 +0000 UTCPotential lightning storms in West Texas today. Looks like I'll be heading West instead of East to Florida. The deciding factors were... 1. The Monsoons are NOW, and Florida has thunderstorm potential year round. 2. Super secret job mission that I'm under contract to keep on the down low. I'm excited to share this news, but gave my word I wouldn't... yet.
Expecting weak storms relative to Spring Alley stuff, but lots of fun, weird wildlife. Objective is simply catch pretty lightning. Lots of driving over the days to come but I'll try to update with fun stuff when I get a chance.
