I decided to sit this one out based on the expectations of impossibly messy storm modes. There might be a window later today for forecastable tornadic storms near the MS/AL border. Hope I'm wrong. We can discuss the event here today If you'd like.
YESTERDAY's STORMS in TEXAS
Apologies for teasing you guys with the blank photos. I'm guessing that I abandoned the Patreon app too quickly before the screen grab completely uploaded. Here's the comical recap of that...
INITIAL TARGET ROUND ROCK TEXAS

Storm produced tornado in Round Rock... I was trapped in traffic and missed the show. Expecting the northern cells to merge, mitigating the tornado threat, I hit up the southern cell.

Northern cells remained discreet dropping tornadoes while the southern cell poofed into a weak, rainy, ugly poofer. I didn't even bother taking video of its poofiness. Generally, this is the right strategy, but not yesterday. Still, it was nice to put the WindBreaker in action.
Ok, now back to today...
