Storm Forecast, TV & New Video Tonight

Greetings Patrons of the Arts,

Next Monday and Tuesday currently look ripe for tornadoes...

This GFS run is for 7PM Monday night. Notice the 500mb winds haven't arrived in the target area yet suggesting a mostly after dark event. Tuesday currently looks like the better day, BUT... I'll be in Colorado Tuesday for family stuff. IF, this system accelerates a bit, I should be able to catch some good stuff Monday as long as I can make my flight back in Houston at 6AM.

JAPANESE TV

For two years Paul Smith and I have been working with the Japanese TV production company NHK on a scientific presentation of storms. The show aired in Japan last week which now frees up a lot of my footage to use for my YouTube channel. They sent us the link and it was a classy production that I'm proud to be a part of... Especially with the Japanese overdubbing when I talk. So cool!

NEW VIDEO TONIGHT

After 2 straight weeks of editing and red tape, my new video with Dr. Magnus and Admiral Winnefeld is uploading to Youtube as I type. It's refreshingly different to me and I hope it keeps y'alls interest the entire 47 minutes. I was able to use a lot of my stock storm footage shot from airplanes as well as some cute animal moments. This wraps up 3 straight months of editing and I'm looking forward to putting together all the things I've been neglecting including the pile of messages in my inboxes.
