Today I’ll likely be targeting SW Nebraska vicinity under a formidable cap. SPC is using bold wording here… “isolated supercells should develop… “
I ENDED UP CHASING YESTERDAY. I didn’t want to ping you guys as I was expecting a cap bust on the northwestern / southwestern KS/NE border. Thanks to Dr Anton’s persistence, we sat next to a stationary lightning storm / weakly rotating supercell for hours without having to move. Hope some of you guys were there as well.
