The collective consciousness seems to be wish-casting landspouts and a long evening of lightning with Tail End Charlie.
Yesterday the formidable cap prevailed while optimistic chasers roasted under a blue sky. This resulted in long philosophical conversations, glory day stories and wit. Perhaps one of my most enjoyable days of the chase year.

With all of the delays for the College World Series, it’s really messing with people’s vacation & travel plans. And this hot & humid weather is rough for the late afternoon games. Cool to see the diehard fans who travel to Omaha every year to watch their teams. ⚾️🏟️🧢☀️⛈️
