Looks like Francine has her eye on Louisiana, but I have my eye on the surf.
Latest NAM has the eyewall coming onshore around 5pm or so. Good luck to all the folks in the path. Offshore winds could clean up the swell into a swell day of surfing from perhaps Galveston TX southwest to Corpus Christi. This could be a rare opportunity for us Texans and I aim to go all in.
I've completed a new video (with a ton of graphics) and will upload it tomorrow night if I'm back home within a reasonable time. Otherwise, Thursday night at the latest.
