Every minor update 0.0.0.1 should be save safe.
However going from a larger update like 0.6.1 to 0.6.2 Could have an impact on saves.
If you would like to continue your save.
Make a backup in a loaded interior cell such as Riverwood trader.
Update and continue, just expect possible bugs here and there.
The upcoming 0.6.3 will including expansion to hunting, fishing, economics and fast travel features.
