We're three months in! Tell us what you think!

Now that we've had the Patreon for a little bit, it's time I asked that question again.
In the survey we created, 35+ people said they would be interested in supporting us on Patreon, but since then we've only managed to maintain roughly 7 patrons a month. I am still so hugely honored and thankful for the support of those 7 people that I can hardly contain myself, but it does leave me wondering what we could to to improve the way we reward our supporters.
So, I'd really love your input--positive feedback, constructive criticism, anything you can offer to help us shape this Patreon into the service it needs to be.
While I'm thinking about it, here's a few thoughts that have been floating around in my brain:
- Right now, you get access to longer form content the more money you pay. But instead, should it be that you get access to content more FREQUENTLY the more money you pay?
- I've worried that we haven't gotten the response we expected because our tiers are too expensive, but I also haven't gotten any feedback yet confirming this attitude.
- We may not always be able to put out exactly one video per month, so I've got to make sure I always deliver on named acknowledgements from Patrons regardless
- I'm wondering if I should also be thanking current Twitch subscribers in that list as well. It seems like I should be.
Edit: I thought of something else too: I'm probably going to change our goal to something more reasonable for a first goal, and with more desirable of an end result. Taking suggestions on that as well!
