well after review, I did found some issues, but non for the plan this person was on.... I'm thinking this person doesn't know about the "load more" option in the bottom of the page.

hmmm... I only added single stories plans. trying to make it cheaper for people who were only interested on one story. Awhile back I did reduce the 25 month plan basically because I have over 2 years of content, way over 2000 images and it was hurting my gumroad. Sometimes I wonder, if it just better to go back to a simple form and just keep a year of content online

You changed all your tiers around and suddenly those of us who were supporting you at a certain level were reverted to the lowest level. So, I went from the tier that was $25/month to the $5/month. Even though if I go to edit my memberships it still shows me as a $25/month supporter, on your page the membership has changed. I suspect that is what happened to the complainer.
