Same. Experiencing the same error on a fresh start - no saves involved.

this happens because during sex you might remove your panties so underwear variable gets null, and then when the if statement (is player's underwear panties?) is tested the expressions fails...

I think that clothing bug was in 15.0 as well. I've only encountered it when Corey has acquired Elvira's panties from the panty raid. Edit: Nevermind, the bug happens regardless of which panties. Always with the extra scene with Jessica's roommate.

I have been getting an error after the strapon encounter with the gf since last 16.x on a new save: Happens for me consistently at the end of the scene. Error: <>: bad conditional expression in <> clause: Cannot read property 'panties' of null
