The bizarre case of girls being amputated was still going on. Ayaka and Saten was looking at a crime scene of 'the Thing' that might have been the first. Saten Ayakawa was following 'the Thing', taking photos and videos, leaving evidence. But…
There was another one behind their backs! 'the Thing' struck Ayaka and Saten with a blunt weapon and neutralized him, as he did to his classmate earlier, before taking him somewhere. Ayakawa Saten was unable to keep his body in check, and his eyes and ears were covered. Soon after, their bodies were anesthetized, Ayaka felt her left leg cut off, Saten felt her left arm cut off, and lost consciousness.
After a while, they opened their eyes in some underground detention room. Saten was not bound because he had only one arm left, and Ayaka was bound with both arms tied. The detention room was poorly guarded and they seemed to be able to escape if they wanted to. The girls were cut off from their limbs but couldn't move without much pain because of the pain treatment. They had to run away quickly to safety before the medicinal effect disappeared.
"Ayaka-chan! We need to get out of here quickly!"
Saten helped Ayaka, who couldn't walk, and Ayaka clung firmly to Saten, who had only one arm. The two somehow escaped from prison with their mutilated bodies.
