Redesign and major improvements!

The redesign is coming along very nicely, if you're part of the #Patreon discord channel then be sure to check out the current pinned message as it contains a link to the staging environment for the site. Here you'll be able to have a little play, see how it feels and if you're brave enough you can give me some feedback :D
Some notable changes:
- Obvious one, design
- Cross world search allows you to view the entire listing + history by clicking on the server
- Cross world pricing + history should be a lot quicker too
- Bubble chart for prices, showing price against quantity for sale
- Faster listings and search (will not show stock count in search)
For the backend, the site is now running through a server side language (PHP for the curious) which allows me to cache a lot more, have user functionality and do much faster queries to XIVAPI (Especially as it sits on same DC!)
Over the next week or so I will be adding all the user logic: Server selection, Multi-Language, Custom lists with Alerts and Reports and a full dedicated dashboard that is personal to you!
