My cutscene making method is pretty tedious. I basically assemble everything in a FSM graph. So I'm considering trying out Unity Timeline. Maybe in combination with an FSM for the dialogue. All audio and visuals are there but the timeline pauses for dialogue. That might get a bit convoluted. Maybe I can step the dialogue directly from there?
Haven't had a chance the play around with it yet, but I kind of have a feeling there is no perfect way to go about making this stuff.
Also, finally figured out to to crop out the boarders when I capture video from Unity =D Videos will look way better now

Thanks! I'm considering text to speed voices for this scene for a retro 8-bit sound. Maybe for all the audio in the game. Not sure yet though
